14.11 Oz puff pastry
2 large onions, chopped
17.63 Oz mushrooms
1 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or chives
Sauté the onion in a pan with oil and butter, when it becomes translucent, add the mushrooms, cut into thin slices. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add flour and stir, continue to stir for a few minutes then add the cream, salt and pepper. Allow to reduce before removing from heat and add the chopped parsley or chives. Let cool.
Roll out the puff pastry dough thinly, cut pastry squares measuring 12 cm in the center of each square, put 2 tablespoons of the mushroom mixture. Fold to enclose the filling into the dough pasting dough with a little egg.
Brush with beaten egg and bake at 200 ° until golden brown (20-30 minutes)
