250 g filo pastry
4 apples, peeled and chopped
50 g raisins
25 g butter
25 g caster sugar
1/2 tpsn cinnamon
3 tablespoons sherry vinegar (optional)
toasted flaked almonds to serve
Soak the raisins in water for 15 minutes then drain and dry. In a pan over low heat , place butter, apple pieces , cinnamon, sugar and vinegar and cook for 15 minutes , then add raisins . Let cool the mixture.
cut the filo pastry into circles and brown in oil or oven (in this case , brush with butter). Let them dry and cool.
On a plate , place a sheet of pastilla , then drop over the apple mixture and raisins . Place another sheet and another layer of the preparation, a third layer in the same way . Garnish with toasted sliced almonds before seving
